Fern Yoga & Wellness provides a space for women to gather and support each other. Through restorative yoga sessions women will learn to care for their changing bodies through wellness practices, yoga and meditation. This is a whole woman approach to establish ease and balance in the mind, body and spirit in her second spring and beyond.
